So my previous error (not a reference at /sw/lib/perl5/Fink/ Services.pm line 1910) was solved by fixing the symlink from 10.4 to dists. Then I did a fink reinstall fink, but got my original error message again: Setting up fink (0.27.7-41) ... We support bootstrapping with this version, and we expect that upgrading from 10.4 will go smoothly with this version. I then tried bootstrapping from fink-0.27.7, which proceeded without an error, however a fink selfupdate updated the 10.4 tree only (all packages were labeled 'U'), and it ended again with the above errors. My 10.5 directory only has a local and unstable folder, and the latter has no finkinfo folder.
