I've uploaded new packaging for gmp-4.2.2-1000 onto
fink tracking...

The new version can successfully pass make check for both the gmp and
gmp-64bit variants as part of the build process. I've tested on both
a dual G5 and a MacBook Pro with Core 2 Duo without regressions.
