What exactly does "NoSetCPPFLAGS: True" do? Does it unset the CPPFLAGS environmental or just set it to a null string. I am seeing a bootstrap failure when building the latest gcc trunk. If NoSetCPPFLAGS is only setting CPPFLAGS to a null string, this would explain the problem. In that case, I guess I need to remove the instance of NoSetCPPFLAGS and resort to "unsetenv CPPFLAGS" instead. A null setting of CPPFLAGS by NoSetCPPFLAGS would cause a bootstrap failure.
