We're going to need to devise a test which can detect whether the user has done
this, and gives some reasonable message if not. I'm not sure if this should
just be a new virtual package that certain things should depend on, or a new
condition for the "revised" java virtual package, or something more fundamental
within fink itself. It's a buildtime, not a runtime, issue, so we may want a
new vertual package.
