I am not sure exactly where the dependency problem is. Technically I was trying to build pyqt4-py26 but the problem seems to be in the package for libidn.
The package libidn requires for the package system-java-dep (>= 1.5-1) however the virtual package for system-java exists but not for system-java-dep. There are versioned packages for system-javaXX-dev where XX is 14, 15, 16 but not for the plain package or the 13 package. A "fink list system-java" shows this asymmetry int eh packages.
