Can we leverage the new 10.4-EOL to help depreciate out some of the oldest
legacy packages in 10.4 (which is now 10.5 in all but name)? We have some
packages (like postgresql*) which many legacy versions. For those packages which
have no current packages depending on them and aren't supported with security
patches from upstream, it would be nice if we could depreciate them out of 10.4
and into 10.4-EOL. For example, llvm/llvm-gcc42 could be depreciated out in
favor of the new llvm29-style packages (which are more appropriate for the
dragonegg-gcc package which replaces llvm-gcc42).
