I am trying to install octave-atlas through fink commander and it always gets

I then went to the HDF website to install it from source manually and it went
through. I installed it on /sw/include and on /sw/lib:
maria@quenepa:/sw/lib{550}% ls -lt libsz*
lrwxr-xr-x 1 root admin 32 Sep 21 19:28 libsz.2.0.0.dylib@ ->
/opt/local/lib/libsz.2.0.0.dylib

lrwxr-xr-x 1 root admin 23 Sep 21 19:28 libsz.la@ -> /opt/local/lib/libsz.la
maria@quenepa:/sw/lib{551}%
maria@quenepa:/sw/include{556}% ls -lt sz*

maria@quenepa:/sw/include{557}% ls -lt ricehdf.h
lrwxr-xr-x 1 root admin 28 Sep 21 19:28 ricehdf.h@ ->
/opt/local/include/ricehdf.h
maria@quenepa:/sw/include{558}%
I suggest to fix the szip package link asap. Or help me make fink recognize
that szip
is already installed.
Thanks,
Maria
