FYI, I committed a fftw3-3.3.3-3 update into the 10.4 and 10.7 trees. The
previous packaging had neglected
to pass --enable-sse2/--enable-sse to configure for the double and single
precision library builds on Intel.
This caused the SIMD support to not be built on Intel which gromacs 4.6.x
complained about. If you have
packaging, which like gromacs detects these SIMD versions of the fftw3 calls,
you should revision bump
your package with a (>= 3.3.3-3) appended to the BuildDepends/Depends on
fftw3/fftw3-shlibs.
