I am curious why we are bothering to create Distribution variant info files
in libs/perlmods for packages like business-isbn-data-pm,
data-section-simple-pm,
devel-stacktrace-pm, file-finder-pm, file-next-pm, math-matrixreal-pm,
module-build-pm, module-refresh-pm, rec-descent-pm, test-data-pm and
test-synopsis-pmr?
Shouldn't we be able to replace the Distribution variant info files with single
non-variant info files that use a "Type systemperl {}" field to achieve the
same result?
With upcoming release of 10.9, the number of Distribution variants in
lib/perlmods will
start to bloat so if we can replace those with non-variant ones, it would be
nice.
