Hello Daniel, camlp5 needs to be updated for compatibility with new Ocaml releases, see: http://camlp5.gforge.inria.fr/CHANGES
For Ocaml 4.01.0, you need to update to camlp5 version 6.10 or 6.11. Probably the info file can be used as is if you just update the "Version" field (and the Ocaml dependency), but I don't have routine Fink access anymore to check (let alone commit access).
