ncurses is part of finks base files. If you have a properly 
installed fink, then it is there, there is no need for dselect.

The TekNap package was commit to the unstable tree the other 
day. You'll have to do fink selfupdate-cvs to see it, then edit 
/sw/etc/fink.conf, change all instances of 'stable' to 
'unstable' in the 'Trees:' line. do fink install teknap, and 
edit /sw/etc/fink.conf again, and change the 'unstable' back to 
'stable'...
