Howdy,
Is anyone out there getting PyMOL to work well?I compiled and
installed it all, and it sort of works. The PyMOL Viewer window is
drawn as an Aqua window (and shows up as process 'pythonx'), and the
other control window is drawn with sawfish (I'm running XDarwin
rootless). The Aqua window doesn't do much, but if I drag it off then
back on the screen, the content will change in this sort of 'one frame
at a time' animation. Is there a PyMOL config file somewhere I'm
missing?I read the startup script/sw/bin/pymol and there didn't seem
to be anything I could do there...
Thanks In Advance,
Mike
