Another shot in the dark: http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=127186 "Macho static build does not launch" Although Mach-O uses Aqua, it's still essentially the Unix Mozilla, built with the same gcc Fink uses. So, might this be related? (To further confuse the issue, I had no problems making several Mach-O *debug* builds in the past week.
