I am trying to update fink, but I get the following error after I do "fink install
fink" or "fink selfupdate-cvs":

mkdir -p /sw/src/fink-0.9.11-1
tar -xzf /sw/src/fink-0.9.11.tar.gz
Failed: directory /sw/src/fink-0.9.11-1/fink-0.9.11 doesn't exist, check the package
description

It might have something to do with tar's handling of gzipped files, since I can
manually "gunzip" and then "tar -x" the file, but I can't extract it with "tar -xz".
When I do extract it manually, however, I get the fink source in /sw/src/fink-0.9.11,
not in /sw/src/fink-0.9.11-1. Is this a problem in fink?
