Hi, first post here, so hello everyone. I looked at the first pages of archives, but didn't find out if this has already been pointed out: so, sorry if it's already been said before.
Lately, I noted that launching locate always gave me some output (I can't say if it was complete or not) and then ended up with "Bus Error" (one time it gave me no output but "Seg. fault"). I really can't say when all of this started: I keep Fink updated via-CVS every couple of days and I don't keep trak of every update. It probably began BEFORE the release of 0.4.0. Anyway, first I tried to remove and then reinstall findutils via-Fink. Nothing changed. Yesterday, I tried just to remove findutils using dselect. Now locate works ok, but I think it uses the original Darwin version, not the one installed by Fink. Ciao.
