Usually it won't matter, because we try to make sure that if the same file is present in both stable and unstable, then they are the same. But right now, for the benefit of folks using unstable, I added some extra BuildDepends items to some packages in unstable. I can't add them to stable yet because the things they BuildDepends on don't exist in stable yet!
