I can't seem to get my proxy in Fink configured at work. The one I am given
by my sys admin is in this form:
xxxx-xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx.xx:port
When I enter this using "fink configure" it takes it ok, but I still can't
seem to access the CVS. I seem to remember that fink wants the proxy server
configured in this format:
user:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:port
But I don't have a username or password for my proxy - I just enter it into
my internet programs as it is in the first example. Any ideas? I know I
had this working at one point, but can't seem to get it working now.
