I see the following error message when starting X;
[nick]$ startx -- -rootless

2002-08-14 21:10:26.285 XDarwin[359] No Info.plist file in application
bundle or no NSPrincipalClass in the Info.plist file, exiting
giving up.
xinit: No such file or directory (errno 2): unable to connect to X
server
xinit: No such process (errno 3): Server error.
[nick]$

In finder XDarwin is also presented as a folder.
It would appear to be missing things;
[Applications]$ ls -R XDarwin.app/
XDarwin.app/:
Contents/

XDarwin.app/Contents:
MacOS/

XDarwin.app/Contents/MacOS:
XDarwin*
[Applications]$

Its status in dselect would appear normal;
   Up-to-date Optional packages in section x11-system

XFree86 di
      Available packages (not currently installed)

And uninstalling both the above packages and reinstall fixes nothing, I
have the same problem.

Can anyone shed some light on my problem and suggest a solution?

thanks,
Nick
