I can't even get it to download. Bizarrely, when I try it I get a malloc
error from curl:

    curl -f -L -O http://us.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/fink/ircii-pana-1.0c19.repack.tar.gz

% Total    % Received % Xferd  Average   Speed          Time             Curr
Dload    Upload Total    Current  Left    Speed

  0     0    0     0    0     0      0      0 --:--:--  0:00:00 --:--:--     0
curl: (22) The requested file was not found

the file isn't there, go on the web and check.
it's not anywhere. I looked through the directories and there's nothing.

the error consistent error I got said "filename has no length"

looking at the info file
I noticed  the guy had "Source:" twice... like Source: Source:

Source: Source: mirror:sourceforge:fink/ircii-pana-%v.repack.tar.gz

so I took out the repetition and it still doesn't work

pkg bitchx-common  version ###
pkg bitchx-common  version 1.0c19-4
The following package will be installed or updated:
 bitchx-common
curl -f -L -P - -O http://unc.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/fink/ircii-pana-1.0c19.repack.tar.gz
% Total    % Received % Xferd  Average Speed          Time             Curr.
Dload  Upload Total    Current  Left    Speed

  0     0    0     0    0     0      0      0 --:--:--  0:00:01 --:--:--     0
curl: (22) The requested file was not found
### execution of curl failed, exit code 22
Downloading the file "ircii-pana-1.0c19.repack.tar.gz" failed.

plus I'd like to point out that 1.0c19 has been reported backdoored on mirrors
so I hope Chris Zubrzycki is getting it from bitchx.org and not irc.org
