Did you look inside the /sw/bin/gtkdoc-mkhtml file whether the version
of openjade that is mentioned there is the right one?
The line
-c $prefix/share/sgml/openjade-1.3.1/dsssl/catalog \
apparently doesn't always have the right version (i.e. the one that
exists on your system in /sw/share/sgml)
