I have a question for curiosity sake only: Sometimes when I do an update [fink update-all] after a [fink self-update] some packages that are listed as outdated [fink list -o = (i)] immediately start compiling without downloading anything new. I want to think I need to download new source, but obviously I'm wrong; why?
