Jaguar provides the texinfo 4.2 utils, as far as I can tell, and
'gnupg' depends on the 'texinfo' package. But Fink only offers
4.1-3.
What's the best way to install gnupg and tell fink/dpkg/whatever
"no, that's OK, I already *have* a makeinfo you can use".
Should I just install both, and then rip out texinfo by force?
