I assume you have the mozilla-1.0.0-1 info and patch files in 
/sw/fink/10.1/stable/crypto/finkinfo/

If you did the 10.2 upgrade according to the rules, your "fink install" 
command will not see the packages that exist only in /sw/fink/10.1 and 
not in /sw/fink/10.2 (=/sw/fink/dists). This is, of course, reasonable.

If you are sure you absolutely want to install a package from 10.1, you 
can copy its info and patch files from there into your 
/sw/fink/dists/local/main/finkinfo directory. "fink install" will then 
find it.
