Hi,
If you have fink's bison package installed then remove it and try again.
If you don't then install it and try again :-).

Whichever way works, please conttact the maintainer of oaf, so that the 
package can be fixed to use either /usr/bin/bison or /sw/bin/bison, 
whichever works.
