The Sawfish quirks I've encounered include:

1) The funky window menu behavior (It doesn't pull down at all!)
2) I get an applet error whenever I try to run *any* of the sawfish configuration options under the GNOME Control Center.
3) More over, the GUI button to run the Sawfish configuration tool is completely unresponsive to my clicking...

Again, I'm running stable (recently updated) on OS 10.1.5 on a G3 PowerBook (500 MHz). I should note that I didn't seem to be having these problems before updating with fink.

Any suggestions? Don't make me have to run Fvwm2 or Twm all the time! Well, in reality that's not so bad...

Thanks again all,

-Joel
