Can someone make it very clear to me how to submit a suggestion for a package? There are about a half dozen people in the Chinese-Mac community who would love to see xcin and perhaps chinput ported over to Darwin properly (I think it would be relatively painless). I can't figure out how to put a suggestion in the package request tracker. Perhaps this is because I'm not a source forge member?
