netpbm10 10.12-1 Graphics manipulation programs and libraries
i netpbm10-shlibs 10.12-1 Graphics manipulation programs and libraries
netpbm-shlibs (9.25-2) is required by nepbm (9.25-2), but netpbm10-shlibs (10.12-1) is not installed to satisifiy netpbm10's dependency on it (it's not installed). Seems like I installed something else that requires netpbm10-shlibs.

When installing Gimp, it wants to install both netpbm-shlibs and netpbm10-shlibs.
Is this similar to the case above?
