My advice is: run the script now to minimize the rebuilding you will have to do later, but don't worry about things which were already built "wrong". They will work OK for now, and once Apple releases a final version of X11.app, I imagine we'll update the "fix-fink" program to fix up users' installations. (It's hard to do that now, because we don't know exactly what Apple is going to do about the problem.)
