Failed: installing doxygen-1.3-2 failed.
This is with either libpng 1.0.12.6 (from Fink) or libpng3 1.2.5-3 installed.
And I do have the Tetex 2.0-5 packages installed as well.
Everything is up to date except for doxygen and my KDE install, and this doxygen does not want to play fair!

If selfupdate-cvs doesn't give you 1.3-2 yet, get it from the package submission tracker on SourceForge.
(I'd been struggling with this for weeks, but was able to help the package maintainer narrow down the problem.)
