Hi
Everytime, I want to open a pop-up menu of a KDE program, it crashes immediately, including Apples XFree86. So, a heavy crash. Independant, if the KDE program is started locally on my MOSX 10.2.4 or remotely on a RH8.0.
These are the last sign of life of the KDE program:
Mutex destroy failure: Device or resource busy kdeinit: Fatal IO error: client killed kdeinit: sending SIGHUP to children. kdeinit: sending SIGTERM to children. kdeinit: Exit.
Has anybody else already had this problem or can help?
Do you mean it crashes if you start KDE apps from a RedHat machine, exporting to your local (apple) X server?
If it happens with either, sounds like it might be an Apple X11 bug.
If you mean it crashes if you export the display so the (mac-built) KDE displays on the RedHat box, then it could be something in KDE.
