Hi Dave,
I decided to just blow away my fink install, and start from
scratch, so I knew I wouldn't have a mixture of stable and unstable
packages. After doing so, your new fix-fink found that:
control-center gnome-core gnome-libs-dev gnome-libs-shlibs gnome-utils
sawfish
need rebuilding as they were linked against an old libpng, which is
happening now. Many thanks for all your help, and being so responsive.
Fink definitely rocks!
