I hope that my interpretation of what you mean by "UNIX commands sent by any application" is incorrect. What I think you mean is that applications like the Finder, when you tell them to do something they generate a magic "UNIX command" for what you want and send this command into the Terminal. If I do understand you correctly, then what you are looking for is futile. Applications communicate with the OS at a much lower level than the Terminal (or to be more specific, a lower level than the shell running in your terminal).
