Nothing on Alexander Kanavin's page would tell you that, but that's where it is. As he says right on the page, he doesn't have a Mac, so he's probably not very aware of the fink stuff with it.
I actually tried this on a whim, based on http://www.sensi.org/~ak/pyslsk/pyslsk-1.2.2.tar.gz, when http://www.sensi.org/~ak/pyslsk/pyslsk-1.2.1.tar.gz failed.
What I did before to do update-all is remove pyslsk then reinstall it after updating, using dpkg.
Now, of course, I just move it to /sw/src and away we go.
