[Fink-users] Postgresql: the hard way.

Ok guys, I'm definetively unable to startup postgresql on my iBook, and 
I really need it because I want to begin a new project. Now, my old 
databases stored in /sw/var/postgresql are only unimportant trials, so 
I don't mind to loose them. The important thing is to have postgresql 
up and running.

I can imagine that if I throw away everything related to postgresql 
along with /sw/var/postgresql directory, and I reinstall all from 
scratch, everything will run smoothly and, at last, I'll get my 
postgresql server running.

Is that true? Can I go and remove everything??
