I just got back on the net after being off since 7/28/03 (I moved and Qwest took for ever to hook up my dsl). I selfupdated ok, but when I did a fink update-all I got the following message:

Information about 2910 packages read in 4 seconds.

Failed: Internal error: node for system-xfree86 already exists

I am using Apple's X11 with system-xfree86. I did not change anything since I updated on 7/28/03 just before I tore my system down. X11 works fine. Does anybody know what to do, so I can do an update-all?

I also have another problem which is not so urgent, but anybody knows why I can't use xemacs 21.5.9-4, I sure would like to know. I can use the stable version 21.4.9-3 just fine, but when I try to use 21.5.9-4 and then try to load a large c++ source code file (44k), xemacs crashes with a segmentation error. Do I need to adjust the memory capacity of the file buffer? I don't have this problem with 21.4.9-3 or emacs21.
