[Fink-users] Can't install August Apple update

I updated to Panther, and now am trying to update fink. However, to 
update fink, I need to install the August 2003 developer update. When 
doing that, I get the following error message:

August2003gccUpdater cannot be installed on this computer.

Mac OS X version 10.2 and the December 2002 Developer Tools are 
required for this update.

Well, I know I have the 2002 Developer Tools installed (just 
reinstalled to make sure), so how do I do this?
