Yes, g77 (gcc version 3.4 20031015) fails with an internal compiler error when compiling refmac5 of the CCP4 suite.

I also tried the APPLE version of the compiler (gcc version 3.3 20030304 (Apple Computer, Inc. build 1495), available from http://www.opensource.apple.com/darwinsource/tarballs/other/gcc -1495.tar.gz), but it still broken.

I noticed that unlike one I compiled on a different G4, this one segmentation faults on some programs I have. Has anyone else run into any such problems. I was testing compilation of the CCP4 package (fink version 9).
