[Fink-users] Error installing gtk+ and, ultimately, gimp

I saw a similair reference earlier this week but am not aware of having 
seen an outcome. I am trying to install gimp and a host of dependencies 
and failing at gtk+. The last few lines of config.log say:

configure:4544: checking for X
configure:4611: gcc -E -no-cpp-precomp -I/sw/include conftest.c 
>/dev/null 2>conftest.out
configure:4607:27: X11/Intrinsic.h: No such file or directory
configure: failed program was:
#line 4606 "configure"
#include "confdefs.h"
#include <X11/Intrinsic.h>

Is it my configuration, I have just upgraded to 10.3 (Clean install)
