After I started using bash as the default shell, I cannot use fink anymore when I use an X11 terminal. I get errors like:
bash: fink: command not found.
Looks like my PATH is screwed up when I use the X11 terminal. I get the same error for aliases I have defined in .bash_profile. My .xinitrc file has the line source /sw/bin/init.sh at the top, so does my .bash_profile file.
If I use Terminal.App, or the tcsh shell, I have no problems. Is there a special trick I need to use to get X11 and bash work together?
thanks,
- Koen.
