Dear Community.
As an effort to allow for a more personal and thus "translated into your native tongue" experience of the Fink Web-Site we are trying to convert those elements of the Web-Site which display text as an image into pure text. I am no CSS and not HTML expert thus I am, once more, relying on your help. I started to work on something which can be looked at here:

Right now the way I want it to display can only be seen with Safari.app
The style sheet which does this is at http://fink.sf.net/efink.css
Basically this html/css solution has to mimic the menu we all know from the existing Web-Site. Patches to my work or a completely new implementation are of course welcome. You can check out the web folder from our CVS or you can simply send me a patch for the CSS if you do not need to change anything else.
Your help is very much appreciated, since I am really not into CSS and HTML/PHP.
This is also a general call for help, if you feel you have the time and motivation to help enhance the Fink Web-Site in general, please drop me a line OFF-LIST
