Yes, you should have an xcode cd that you got with the system. Is it possible that you did not install it when you ungraded from 10.2?
Quite possible. I will install it when I get home. I've also downloaded the v1.1 update from ADC - I'll get that on here as well.

Didn't get chance to install Xcode last night. (Command & Conquer is too addictive ;-)
Is there anything else I might try in the mean time?
