For problems with a specific package, often contacting the Maintainer is the first thing to try (I am cc'ing them). At first glance, it appears the package has installed a profile.d script that tries to add data to an environment variable, but forget to consider that not everyone has that variable already set. OTOH, setting DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH is known to cause several problems in general (Maintainer: search the fink-devel and #fink archives or ask there for more info), so maybe there is a more fundamental problem with this package. dan -- Daniel Macks [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.netspace.org/~dmacks ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email sponsored by Black Hat Briefings & Training.
