I had the same problem, and I did sudo fink remove libbonoboui2 libgnome2
Then update-all again, and it seems to be working. Right now it's compiling a new libgnome-2.6.1.1 after having successfully unpacked the gnome-vfs2_2.6.1.1-12 files.
