PowerBook G4 German Keyboard (Deutsch.keymapping)
xev doesn't show any event when I press the "alt" button.
("Meta_L" is set to "cmd" key and I can use it as "Meta" with emacs.)
So I can't type some important chars like '~', '@' or '|'.
I didn't expect it to help, but I even tried turning "Multi-Button Mouse Emulation" on and of.
Please tell me:
Is there a way to teache the "alt"-button to launch a XEvent? (can this be done with xmodmap ???)
