That's the annoying thing: I didn't install apache directly, only as part of the subversion installation. I guess I must have answered incorrectly to one of the package selection questions that fink asked me earlier in the process. Unfortunately, I don't have notes, so I can't say exactly what I did. In any case, tossing out enough unnecessary packages and re-installing worked, so I'm good.
