  No love.
  Same problem occurs.
  The following excerpt from the build process looks a little suspicious:

checking if profile builds must be generated... no
checking for pkg-config... /sw/bin/pkg-config
checking for GTK+ - version >= 2.0.0... no
*** Could not run GTK+ test program, checking why...
*** The test program failed to compile or link. See the file config.log
for the
*** exact error that occured. This usually means GTK+ is incorrectly
installed.
checking for pkg-config... (cached) /sw/bin/pkg-config
checking for GLIB - version >= 2.0.0... yes (version 2.4.6)

Looking in config.log:
configure:9404: checking for GTK+ - version >= 2.0.0
configure:9549: result: no
configure:9582: gcc -o conftest -no-cpp-precomp
- -D_U_="__attribute__((unused))" -Wall -W -g -O2  -I/sw/include -ldl
- -L/sw/lib conftest.c   >&5
conftest.c:26:21: gtk/gtk.h: No such file or directory
conftest.c: In function `main':
conftest.c:32: error: `gtk_major_version' undeclared (first use in this
function)
conftest.c:32: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
conftest.c:32: error: for each function it appears in.)
conftest.c:32: error: `gtk_minor_version' undeclared (first use in this
function)
conftest.c:32: error: `gtk_micro_version' undeclared (first use in this
function)
configure:9588: $? = 1
configure: failed program was:
| /* confdefs.h.  */

This is odd considering:
calvin:~$ fink list gtk+2
Information about 3941 packages read in 3 seconds.
 i   gtk+2            2.4.9-8      The Gimp Toolkit
 i   gtk+2-dev        2.4.9-8      The Gimp Toolkit
 i   gtk+2-shlibs     2.4.9-8      The Gimp Toolkit

But indeed, there is no /sw/include/gtk.
Shouldn't that be there if I've got gtk+2-dev installed?
