I've had fileutils installed for quite a while, and the previous patch
(qt3-3.3.3-13) qt installed fine with it in place.  I'm not complaining
(especially if it works!), just pointing out that this is an "odd" kind
of fix.  Is this a FAQ (if so, I couldn't find it quickly).

That said, I purged fileutils and I'm trying qt3 again now.  I'll let
you know in a few hours when the build gets to that point again....
