I solved the conflict by manually removing scientificpython-py23 and pytables-py23.
but not numarray-py23 and numeric-py:

i numarray-py24 1.1-11 Multidim'l numerical arrays for Python (Numeric successor)
i numeric-py23 23.6-11 Multidim'l numerical arrays for Python, using Apple vecLib

Should I remove numarray-py23 and numeric-py23?

You probably can remove them, if nothing else depends on them. On the other hand, they seem to get along with their py24 counterparts.
