I installed gpdf today and tried to open a document via an X11 Terminal window. The gpdf window opened but failed to show the document; repeated attempts to open the document met with the same response. The error message each time was:It's a known problem, not solved yet. Try to use Preview (open -a Preview.app foo.pdf works perfectly well), gv, xpdf, Acrobat Reader.

Nevertheless, i was able to use gpdf to print the file. The same combination happened with a second file.
