Mixing stuff compiled with gcc 3.3 and gcc 4.0 is usually fine. For the
cases that it causes problems some packages force gcc 3.3. Mixing stuff
~ with g++ 3.3 and g++ 4.0 is a bad idea, so fink always forces g++-3.3 at
the moment. In time we will have a 10.4 tree which will use g++ 4.0 exclusively.
